Requirements

• Master's degree in social sciences, Project Management, Monitoring and Evaluation, or a closely related field.

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience, particularly in project/program management, change management, and evaluations.

• Experience working within the governance, access to justice, policing, and international development sectors would be highly advantageous.


Responsibilities

• Master's degree in social sciences, Project Management, Monitoring and Evaluation, or a closely related field.

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience, particularly in project/program management, change management, and evaluations.

• Experience working within the governance, access to justice, policing, and international development sectors would be highly advantageous.


• Review the training content and process followed in the delivery of training.

• Evaluate whether the intervention achieved its intended objective.

• Assess any changes in police operations resulting from the training.

• Recommend enhancing the training and its delivery within the police force.

• Prepare and present the evaluation findings to the technical team from the Uganda Police and IDLO.

• Submit a final evaluation report to IDLO capturing key aspects of the required content as listed above. The report should not exceed 30 pages, including annexes.
